The building will contain 40 units in a mix of studios, one and two bedroom units, with 20 parking spaces and 30 bike stalls. The applicant is seeking a zoning change from B3-2 to B2-3 to allow for residential units on the ground floor. There will be an underground parking to accommodate 14 spaces, with 6 additional spaces and a loading berth onsite at the rear of the building along the el tracks. The building will also contain a rooftop deck with amenity space. The applicant will provide four affordable units in the proposed development reflective of the overall unit mix.
