
Contemporary Concepts Development Group and Eckenhoff Saunders Architects have proposed a zoning change from B3-2 to B2-3 to construct a 4-story, 20 unit building with 20% (3) affordable housing units as part of the Affordable Requirements Ordinance. This is a Transit Oriented Development site due to its close proximity to the Wellington and Diversey CTA stations. As a result, the current plans include 0 parking spaces. The current site is occupied by a 1-story commercial space, with no residential units. The development would include 1367 sf of retail space.
