Assuming the developer is successful in rezoning the property to B2-3 and securing the necessary yard variations from the Zoning Board of Appeals, the developer will building a four-unit, brick and masonry rental building with three off-street parking spaces. The proposed building has a floor area ratio of 2.6 and has a gross height of slightly more than 45 feet. Assuming all required City approvals, the developer would start construction early/mid 2-23 and complete construction about 10 to 12 months later.
