3202 N. Racine

At the corner of Belmont and Racine Ave there is a new construction project designed by Vari Architects and created by Exemplary Builders. The project will consist of 27 apartment units over a parking garage that could host 24 parking spaces and 17 bicycle parking spaces. There will be a mix of one bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. Additionally there is about 4,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space facing Belmont Ave.
