There is a proposed plan to build a four-story, five-unit condominium at 647 W. Melrose. If granted, the request would allow the zoning to be temporarily changed from RM4.5 to RM6 to allow for the construction of the building. After the permits are issued and the work is complete, the applicant would return the zoning to the current RM4.5.
A community meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 6:30pm at Ann Sathers Restaurant (909 W. Belmont) to discuss this proposed five unit condominium and the most recent revised proposal.
