Antunovich Associates, Chicago Development Partners, and Continuum Capital have proposed an amendment to the Planned Development encompassing this site (PD 1019). This amendment would create a new PD for the part of that site which includes the vacant Stone medical building at the northwest corner of Sheridan and Diversey, as well as the adjacent parking to the north. The underlying zoning of the existing PD is B3-5, and the project as shown is allowable within the bulk, density and land uses as permitted under B3-5.
This development would include a 303-unit rental building with approximately 10,500 sqft of retail space, 150 parking spaces, and 414 bike parking spaces. 60 units (20%) would be designated as affordable.
