Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd. is planning to redevelop the 3160 N. Broadway property with a 5-story, transit-oriented, mixed use development. The project consists of 21 units, 7 parking spaces, 30 bicycle parking spaces, and ground floor retail/commercial space. The building will be 5 stories, with the top floor set back approximately 40 feet from the Broadway property line. The developer will seek a Type 1 zoning change from the existing B3-2 to B3-3.
The existing brick and terra cotta façade will be repaired and maintained to preserve the historic character of the building. The remainder of the building will be masonry.
