New Ownership of the old “Wrigley Hotel” site has a Two Phase Proposal to rehabilitate and reinvigorate the existing hotel building and to redevelop the adjacent (vacant) parcel, with a new addition to the building.
In order to permit the proposal, they would first be applying for a “Special Use” – with the Zoning Board of Appeals, in order to get the existing building back up and operating (PHASE I), (ii) then applying for a Zoning Map Amendment, in order to rezone the property back to its initial B3-5 zoning, which will allow for the build-out of the new addition (PHASE II).
