A Planned Development (PD) is a special zoning designation used for larger or more complex projects to ensure additional public review and coordinated planning.
The Cubs are seeking to amend their Camry Lot PD to add the adjacent House of Good Shepherd lot which they have acquired, and facilitate additional off-street parking for fans. The Highlander Lot (‘Blue Lot’) will also be added to this PD, because it is contiguous to this. This proposal would increase available parking at the Camry Lot by 368 parking spots, from 579 to 947.
