North Park Ventures & SNS Realty Group have proposed a zoning change from B3-2 to B2-5 to construct a 92-unit building with 51 2-bedroom apartments, 41 1-bedroom apartments, and 25 parking spaces. The proposed 5-story building would be constructed on the site of the now-vacant Torstenson’s Glass facility and will back up to the train. The development team would remove the current curb cut along this street, as part of this project. This project would include 15% (14) affordable housing units as part of the Affordable Requirements Ordinance. Feedback from residents is currently being collected.
