Beginning January 3, 2022, new mitigation requirements will be in effect within the City of Chicago at restaurants, bars, gyms and other indoor places.  Patrons age 5 and older will need to show proof of full vaccination; individuals age 16 and older will also need to show identification.  Any business or entertainment venue that serves food or beverages and all indoor fitness centers are among establishments where patrons will need to show proof.  The mask mandate is also still in effect. For a complete list of the new requirements and to read the entire order, please click here.
