We are expecting a wide range of federal, state and local government agencies, as well as private and non-profit providers.\n\n-Medicare Information\n-Senior Housing Applications\n-Unclaimed Property Searches\n-Fraud Prevention \n-Medical ID's\n-Health and Nutrition Information \n-Energy Saving Information \n-Pallative and Hospice Care\n-Flu and Pneumonia Shots (for medicare and medicaid patients only)\n-Blood Pressure Screening \n-Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White will provide free State ID's for seniors 65 years of age and older\n-and Much More! \n\nProper identification will be required.\n\nPlease call 1-800-252-8980\n\nTo assist as many seniors as possible, this event is free and open to the public.
