DESCRIPTION:2900 N. Lincoln \nBottle & Bottega\n\nJoin Bottle & Bottega and The Art Institute of Chicago, with the help of Central Lakeview Merchants Association, to honor the life and works of artist Roy Lichtenstein. This special Wine & Painting Event is in conjunction with The Art Institute's current exhibit entitled "Roy Lichtenstein: A Retrospective," showing now through September 3, 2012.\n\nTickets: $35  Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Tickets include a wine reception with hors d'oeuvres from 6:30 - 7:00pm, a brief lecture on Roy Lichtenstein, his work, and the exhibit courtesy of The Art Institute, and a painting party from 7:15 - 9:30pm to create a painted version of Lichtenstein's "Sunrise" (1965) on a 10x20 take-home canvas led by one of Bottle & Bottega's art instructors. All paint supplies and aprons are included.\n
