  • Gates Open at 6 p.m.
  • Show begins at 8 p.m. and will end no later than 11 p.m.

Florida Georgia Line - Saturday August 12th

  • Gates Open at 4 p.m.
  • Show begins at 6 p.m. and will end no later than 11 p.m.

Street Closures (Full Street Closures) August 6th - August 13th

  • Sheffield (Addison to Waveland) - Full Street Closure (Except Fire Lane)
  • Waveland (Sheffield to Kenmore) - Full Street Closure (Except Fire Lane)

Parking Restrictions -August 6th - August 13th (No Parking Anytime)

  • Racine (Grace to Camry (Green Lot) Lot Entrance) - East Side Only
  • Sheffield (3700-3715) - Both Sides
    Trucks will be entering and exiting the parking lot on the west side of Sheffield.
  • Irving Park (Clark to Seminary) - Both Sides
    Limo, taxi and ride share services will pickup and drop off at this location.

Parking Restrictions for Concerts Days: August 11th and August 12th from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m.

  • Clark (Newport to Addison) - Both Sides
  • Clark (Waveland to Irving Park) - East Side Only
  • Addison (Clark to Racine and Wilton to Sheffield) - Both Sides 

What to Expect as Concert Setup/Takedown Takes Place

  • Trucks, Crane(s), Forklift(s), etc. will be begin moving materials into the ballpark beginning Sunday August 6th.
  • Wrigley Field will be transformed into a concert venue with the installation of staging, sound and lighting equipment. Seating areas will be added to field.
  • The Lights at Wrigley Field will be on throughout the week as the Concert Setup/Takedown takes place. Lights will be on late night and OVERNIGHT August 6th through August 13th.

Sound & Lighting Checks

Sound and Lighting Checks are anticipated prior to each concert as well as on the day of each concert. Sound checks should conclude by 10pm.

  • Residential Permit Parking will be in effect. Vehicles parked in violation of the Residential Permit Parking regulations are subject to ticket.
  • Priority Towing will take place in all special areas designated as No Parking
  • Vehicles parking in violation of parking regulations resulting in a public hazard, such as Bus Stops No Parking/Tow Zones, crosswalks, driveways, alleys, etc. will be strictly enforced and are subject to Ticket & Tow.
  • The Night Game Hotline will be open One Hour before until Two Hours after the concerts (1-866-427-3869).
  • Residents are encouraged to contact the Night Game Hotline (1-866-427-3869) to report quality of life issues requiring POLICE ATTENTION. Please call 911 in cases of emergency.
  • General complaints regarding the concert should be directed to the Chicago Cubs at 773-404-CUBS.
  • Pyrotechnic displays and fireworks will be used during and following the Florida Georgia Line Concert.
  • During Pre & Post Concerts, at the discretion of the Police and/or OEMC, Addison between Racine and Halsted and Clark between Newport and Grace may be closed to vehicular traffic as a Public Safety measure. While this may be inconvenient, public safety is of the utmost importance.
  • "Hospitality Teams" an independent third party funded by the Chicago Cubs will be throughout the neighborhood three hours following each concert to monitor crowds and to provide a visible presence in the community.
  • The Remote Parking Lot located at 3900 N. Rockwell St. will be open during all concerts with free roundtrip shuttle services to and from the parking lot.
  • Free bicycle check service is available near the main entrance for the CTA Red Line Addison stop.
  • Charter Buses, Limos and Ride-Sharing Vehicles drop-off and pick-up location will be located on Irving Park Road, east of Clark Street.
  • Taxis will be staged on southbound on Clark Street, between Addison and Newport.
