Join the North Halsted Business Alliance for the 2013 Chicago Pride Fest - the midwest's largest and best celebration of Gay Pride.

Halsted Street from Grace/Broadway to Addison and Waveland Avenue from Halsted to Broadway will be closed from 1AM Saturday, June 22nd through 3AM Monday, June 24th.
NO PARKING will be allowed from 1AM Saturday, June 22nd through 3AM Monday, June 24th from on the following streets:
* HALSTED STREET: From Addison to Grace
* WAVELAND STREET: From Halsted E to Broadway & Halsted W to 820W
* BRADLEY STREET: From Halsted W to alley near 820 W Bradley

2013-2014 City of Chicago Vehicles Stickers Sales

The City Clerk's Office will be selling 2013-2014 City of Chicago Vehicle Stickers/ Residential Parking Permits in my service office on Tuesday, June 25 from 12-6pm.
This convenient service provides an opportunity for residents to conveniently purchase their 2013-2014 City Sticker/Residential Parking Permit in the neighborhood, thus avoiding long lines at the City Clerk's Office or waiting for the stickers to come in the mail.
Please bring:
1. Pre-Printed Renewal Form
2. Photo Identification
3. Vehicles Registration***New Mandatory Requirement
4. If you photo Id does not have your current address, please bring a current lease or utility bill
5. Credit Card or Check payment (payable to City Clerk)
Due to the high volume and processing requirement, the City Clerk's office requests that residents arrive by 5:00pm (one hour before closing). The line will be closed promptly at 5:00pm.

Alderman Tunney's Annual Kids Bike Parade

Intersection of Southport & Grace
Line-up will begin on the west side of the street
Staging and line-up will begin at 11 AM and we will kickoff at 11:15am. All kids 12 and under are welcome! Come with your helmet, your bike decorated, and be ready to ride.
All participants will receive a bike light and ribbon.

Summer on Southport gives attendees a delicious, eclectic mixture of the culinary, visual, and performing arts.
A portion of the proceeds benefit SNA's Granting Program which donates funds to community concerns. In the last three years SNA has donated over $20,000.00 to Blaine School to support its plans for the west campus playground reconstruction.
