About HEART:

HEART Chicago, a non-profit organization and the only comprehensive provider of humane education curriculum in Chicago, delivers programs that empower students to make a difference by giving them the knowledge, skills and encouragement needed to make informed and compassionate choices that benefit people, animals and the environment.

Since 2009, HEART has provided programming to mostly under-served students in 52 schools and learning centers in over half of the zip codes in Chicago. Servicing primarily CPS elementary students (4th ? 8th grade), HEART?s services are offered free of charge. Programming consists of age appropriate 10-week curriculum courses as well as a service learning project for those students who have completed the 10-week curriculum. Students are taught about critical social issues and are motivated and empowered to take action to solve a problem and promote positive change and to make a difference.

All proceeds will benefit HEART, a 501(c) (3) charity. Donations are tax deductible. For any questions, please contact Mickey at Mickey@TeachHumane.org.
