Lincoln Park Village (2502 N. Clark St.), which opened in June 2009, is part of a national movement that is empowering people to take charge of their lives by choosing to age in place, with peace of mind and enjoyment, in the homes and communities they love.  Our Village serves Chicago's Lake View, Lincoln Park, and Near North communities.
