Condo Refuse Rebate Changes
In early December 2011, our office sent condominium associations & property management companies information regarding significant changes to the Condominium Refuse Rebate Program, along with 2011 renewal applications. Among the most important modifications include a change in the date for accepting applications.
The final day we can accept 2011 refuse rebate applications is January 31, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not successfully apply for your rebate by January 31, you will lose your eligibility to seek future rebates.
