Condominium Owners

The City of Chicago offers a senior sewer charge rebate program through the City Council Committee on Finance. If you are a senior citizen living in a condomimium and meet the certain criteria, you can qualify for the rebate program. The deadline for applying for the Senior Sewer Rebate is July 1st of each year. Single Family or 2–4 Flat Owners

The City of Chicago Department of Water Management offers Senior Citizens a savings on their water bills. If you meet the certain criteria, you can qualify for an exemption of the sewer charge on all future bills.
